About the role

We are looking for a Working Student / Part time Worker (f/m/x) to join us part-time (20 hours per week) and support our team in Berlin, Germany. This is what you will do:

Support the accounting team with the purchasing process, report preparation and ad-hoc requests.
Provide daily assistance throughout the purchase process within the Procurify tool, facilitating communication with stakeholders such as requesters and approvers.
Prepare release forms data to ensure suitability for payments.
Assist in the preparation of bank reports.
Ad-hoc requests This is what you will need to succeed:
A combination of technical skills, personal qualities, and a strong work ethic is required for this position.
Good understanding of data and confident handling of Excel formulas (Pivot, VLOOKUP etc)
