About the role
Your mission
You proactively research and identify new customers and develop personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the German market
You use your sales skills to convince potential customers of our software and its benefits and hand them over to our Account Executives
You work with state-of-the-art tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
You have an overview of your numbers at all times via a dashboard and use your growth mindset to adapt your activities to optimize your performance
You will be coached, supported and encouraged by your Team Lead Jonas Feil and in sparring with our Account Executives
# Your profile
You have initial sales experience
Have you previously worked in the hotel industry or in a call centre and would like to switch to the SaaS environment? Then you should also apply to us.
You are characterized by friendliness, persuasiveness and a high degree of urgency
You live the hands-on mentality and work energetically with your team to achieve the company's goals
You enjoy daily challenges and develop new ideas and strategies together with the team
