We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to work 8 hours per day (9:30am-5:30pm) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on-site in our studio location in Waltham, MA. Reporting directly to the Studio Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the professionalism and daily operations of the studio space. The right candidate is an organized, proactive, and creative problem-solver that is flexible in handling the versatile tasks each day brings. This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, positive, and outgoing in personality and looking to grow in their path in administration. Daily Responsibilities

• Welcomes office visitors and coordinates access to the suite for subcontractors, ensuring a seamless on-site experience.
• Maintains a professional environment and oversees the reception area and duties including answering phones, handling office mail and packages, greeting guests, assisting vendors and interviewees.
• Executes general office tasks like ordering supplies, packing shipments, filing, photocopying, document scanning.
