About the role

The Retail Judicial Frontline Specialist is responsible for monitoring all steps of legal actions & the performance of external partners/ legal offices. Main Accountabilities

  • Monitors the implementation of legal actions based on set targets and KPIS per legal action & portfolio
  • Tracks the performance of legal offices based on set targets per portfolio
  • Evaluates the results and propose the final assignment of legal actions per legal office based on the effectiveness of the completion of set targets
  • Engages with legal offices regarding weekly status reporting, weekly on premise visit
  • Acts sample assessments for the management of specific segments/sub-segments of the legal workout portfolio
  • Provides legal support regarding legal office assignment , legal assessment for critical cases, high CREV, write off support
  • Collaborates with administration team for resolution of problematic cases
  • Provides legal / judicial advisory and legal offices change management request Requirements Education, Experience and Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, or any other business-related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in administrative positions in financial services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
