CEQUENS is seeking a senior Legal inhouseCounsel to join its growing team. Reporting to the Head of Legal the Legal inhouseCounsel will provide support to the legal department and assist in managing the company's legal affairs. Responsibilities ·       Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, leases, and service agreements. ·       Perform legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. ·       Coordinate with external counsel to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of legal matters. ·       Participate in company meetings and provide legal guidance as needed. ·       Maintain accurate legal records and documentation. ·       Develop and implement corporate legal policies and procedures. ·       Assist in managing the company's intellectual property portfolio. RequirementsRequirements

• ·       Bachelor's degree in Law / master degree or diploma in law
• ·       4+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in the telecommunications / Tech industry.
