About the role

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales in the Saudi market. As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships in the Saudi market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Expand touch points and footprint in key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Have an excellent overview of the business and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in Saudi Arabia as well as the competition.
  • Retain clients and upsell products/services to existing customers.
  • Penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders at all levels within these accounts.
  • Interact with C-level executives and decision-makers. Requirements
  • Business professional with 5+ years of experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
