Job DescriptionFinance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. (this position is temporary for 6 months) Main responsibilities:

• Working with AP trade invoices and processes;
• Answering questions from the Company units on processed financial records;
• Taking part in periodical closing procedures;
• Preparing and issuing invoices;
• Communicating with station employees and suppliers on issue-related questions. Main requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a last year student within this area;
• Good knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn new IT systems;
• Fluent English (both – oral and writing);
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;
• Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
