Project Manager Engineering EV

Job Description Circle K is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Electric Vehicle (EV) Program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive forward our commitment to sustainable energy solutions, contributing to the growth of our EV infrastructure across Ireland.   As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various aspects of the EV program, from site design to execution, while effectively managing stakeholders and ensuring project success.  Reporting to the Senior Manager of Real Estate Operations, the Project Manager role is a permanent role based in Circle K Support Office, Dublin 4.  Circle K works on a hybrid model of 3 days office working and 2 days working from home.    Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation process for new EV sites, including site design, supplier install coordination, and feasibility assessments. 
• Manage both external and internal stakeholders, including local authorities, utility companies, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project progression. 
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. 
• Oversee quality control (QC) processes to maintain high standards throughout all project phases. 
• Handle procurement activities, including sourcing materials and services required for project implementation.
