Business Development Manager in Germany will cover the following counties: Austria, Germany, Slovenia & Switzerland

Structured analysis of the market / trends / applications in terms of technology and the market size.
Identify and set up network with key players (OEM / Tier 1 / Tier 2). Pursue leads and follow through to a successful engagement.
Maintain relationships with current targeted ‘growth’ accounts and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with design / sales / quality teams to ensure that NPI requirements are met.
Support the company thru continuous updates of all the latest market trends and market requirements. Stay up to date on corporate competitors.
Perform customer presentations / visits / workshops with key players.
