• Understand the goals and needs of our clients;
• Find the best technical solutions to ensure success;
• Assign tasks to relevant people;

• Create technical documentation and UI prototypes;
• Collaborate effectively with both clients and development teams while fostering a team-oriented approach. , # Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience as an analyst;
• A higher education degree in the field of Information Technology;
• Understanding of state-level systems such as X-Road is essential;
• Knowledge in system analysis and public sector systems are advantage;
• Proven experience with Jira and Confluence;
