The Digital Tender Specialist will support the Tender Department in preparing and submitting tender documents for international digital tenders, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and client requirements. The role involves coordinating across various departments, conducting data gathering and research, and preparing tender documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring all submissions are compliant with the requirements and are submitted within specified deadlines;
• Assist in the preparation of the technical proposal, whether independently or in collaboration with internal and external experts;
• Regularly monitor and analyze the list of tenders published by international donor organisations (such as EBRD, the World Bank, UN agencies, etc.);
