• Verify source documents, including purchase invoices, expense claims, travel, and LLD reports.
• Route invoices for appropriate confirmation and allocate costs by project.
• Ensure inclusion of all necessary invoices in accounting software.
• Handle fixed assets reporting: draft checks, amortization runs, and balance sheet verification.
• Manage prepaid expenses: draft checks, periodization/manual posting, and balance sheet checks.
• Review other receivables/liabilities accounts.
• Prepare and send inter-company sales invoices.
• Examine billable expenses accounts.
• Prepare daily payments.
• Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts and crypto wallets.
• Follow the affiliate payments sign-off process and reconcile data.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication.
• Assist in selecting correct company details for documents and modifying payment methods.
