It also means having lots of fun! 🎉 The Senior BI Analyst is responsible for advising the business on leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement, spot trends, recognize potential issues, and offer solutions. In close collaboration with the senior team, their work is aimed towards improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and driving profits for the business.  ✍️ Your daily tasks will be

• Proactively supporting the business in translating the insights found into actions.
• Creating, maintaining, and developing effective strategies for data governance.
• Creating an environment that maximises the ability of BI services users to self-service, providing training and support where necessary.
• Supporting other data teams as core stakeholders of business intelligence data.
• Supporting in the management of all data warehouse access layers.
• Improving data literacy across the business, introducing new KPIs, and helping stakeholders understand how to look at and use data.
