Senior Director, Pricing and Packaging

Contentful’s Senior Director for Pricing Strategy will be responsible for building the next strategic plans for our multiproduct, Enterprise first phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, Mairead, together with their Pricing Management team, they will shape and execute future packaging and pricing srategies in line with competitive analysis findings and an in-depth understanding of our customers needs and roadmaps. This role will play a pivotal part in the growth and evolution of our category leading company in the content management space and beyond, with a direct tangible impact on immediate revenue growth goals as well as co-creating future iterations of the product(s) Contentful offers to its existing and future customers.

• Set, own and execute the pricing and packaging strategy for Contentful’s products in line with revenue growth goals, helping further solidify the market leadership in the composable content SaaS category
• Lead the adoption of pricing and packaging models through a comprehensive cross functional (sales, marketing, product, finance) strategy geared towards fast buy-in and adoption
• Engage with key customers, leading pricing negotiations to an optimal joint outcome for Contentful and customers alike
