The Sr. Account Representative - Convera will report directly to the Head of NGO, North America and will be based in either the US or Canada. This role can be based in our Toronto, Montreal or New York offices, or remotely anywhere in US or Canada. Some travel will be required. In this role, the candidate will manage a portfolio of NGOs and partner with their clients on payment strategy and execution with a goal of client growth and retention. The candidate will work with a portfolio of NGO/Nonprofit clients on their domestic and international payments to achieve set business goals. The role will be expected to actively service these clients with their payment requirements, be their day-to-day contact to help with inquiries and challenges, and work with clients to set long term payment strategies. The role will be responsible for account planning, day-to-day management of the portfolio, and product expertise with a focus on being the voice of the customer to all relevant internal parties (e.g., Marketing, Product). The successful candidate will execute an account management retention and growth plan to both preserve and drive new revenue growth within the NGO sector. Responsibilities:
