Duties & Responsibilities:

• To ensure a smooth operation of the department / arrival process and VIP welcome / farewell.
• Prepare roasters for the department. Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP’s, Repeaters, Regular guests, Marriott Bonvoy Elite members.
• Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff.
