About the role
Hallo, ich habe bemerkt, dass du Deutsch sprichst und dich für Kundenbetreuung interessierst. Wir suchen gerade Kundenbetreuer zu unserem deutschsprachigen Team in Võru - hast du auch Interesse? Wir haben nette Leute, tolles Büro und auch die Möglichkeit, nach der Schulungszeit sogar von Zuhause aus zu arbeiten! 🙂 Unser Kunde ist ein großes Kommunalunternehmen in Deutschland, also geht es um die Betreuung in Themen Wasser, Strom, Gas (telefonisch und per E-Mail).

Since we are spending a lot of time in the office, it is important for us that the working environment is as attractive, cozy and homelike as it gets - we have a lot of space, a resting room, children´s playroom, even nicely decorated rooms for the employees who are staying in Võru for the training time before moving to the home offices. Once a week we have the vitamin days with free fruit and veggies. And since we believe in people´s rights for great coffee, our coffee in the office is excellent (and of course, for free). We also have fun activities - team events (Christmas party and company summer days, team training days, Stammtisches), voluntary activities, occasional pancake-surprises in the kitchen etc.
