Senior Manager, Specialist Solutions Architects (Italy)

[FEQ225R72] The Specialist Solution Architects (SSA) Team is engaged in our most important and complex customer engagements, providing deep technical expertise to both our new and existing customers. Your team provides specialist expertise to account teams who develop and oversee the technical account strategy. As a Sr. Manager, Specialist Solutions Architects, you will lead a team of Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) responsible for accelerating our Data Intelligent Platform adoptions. The team you will lead is covering Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel and MEA. As a manager, you will report to the regional SSA and DSA director and you will grow and develop a dynamic team with expertise in areas including enterprise software, data engineering, and data science who will continue to deepen their knowledge of Databricks as the platform expands. You will guide and get involved to enhance your team's effectiveness; be an expert at communicating complex, business value-focused solutions; support complex sales cycles and customer architectures, and build relationships with important partners in large corporations. You will focus on growing the business for this patch : Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Israel and MEA.
