About the role

Our Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships.  As Deliveroo continues to grow, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants’ grow.  Our account managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments...and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building relationships! What you'll be doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of restaurants partners, meet with the stakeholders and build strong and long-term relationships with clients
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and business optimization, work with clients to drive their implementation
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to devise solutions to solve restaurant challenges.
  • Create presentation briefs, deep dive into client's business, present data analysis of how their performance and draw key insights/ takeaways for client to implement
  • Work with Marketing to manage promotions and campaign planning for your restaurant partners as they join and scale on the platform.
