Accounting Specialist - Milan (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for an Accounting Specialist based in Milan, to join its Finance team and work in close collaboration with the Accounting Shared Services Center team based in France. You will report to the Local Finance Manager, based in Milan. Your main mission will be to support the Local Finance Manager in daily operations. You will be in charge of quality control financial operations for Doctolib in Italy. This will include: control on the Italian books in  IFRS, review of account documentation prepared by central teams, and lead all local Gaap activities. You will also support operating activities such as Accounts Payables and Account Receivables, making sure for correct allocation of postings and partially taking over some postings. You will Interact with Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Treasury teams in France. You will be the key interface between the local teams and the Group's finance department in France. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Closing:
• Account reconciliations
• Review of books in IFRS
• General Ledger Accounting:
• Centralize all non-recurring elements to be taken into account for monthly reporting and address them to the central GL Team for processing
