The Role: As Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the German, Austrian and Swiss Customer Care teams which will focus on the maintenance and loyalty of users of the EasyPark app. You will motivate and guide team members yourself and through Team Leaders in order to achieve the objectives set by the company. Locations for the role: Hanover or Vienna. What you will be doing:
