EF International Language Campus in Vancouver is seeking a Part-time Facilities Coordinator for our spectacular location in downtown Vancouver. This individual will report to the School Director and perform various day-to-day tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our students and our staff. This is a customer service focused position that involves working with both a team and working independently. OUTLINE: The Facilities Coordinator plays an integral role in the school operation and is responsible for ensuring that all school facilities and equipment are in good working order by carrying out regular and proactive building checks – this will include assembling/moving furniture, repairing fixtures and fittings, general upkeep, etc. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to manage larger projects as needed. The goal of this position is to repair problems before customers notice them. Under the direction of the School Director, the Facilities Coordinator will serve as a first point of contact with all building and facilities suppliers. CORE SKILLS:
