We operate as a decentralized team, with each Product Designer assigned to an autonomous product team, creating independence and agility. While we aim for ambitious goals, we prioritize delivering small, iterative chunks to ensure a good delivery cadence and conduct A/B testing in the marketplace. Guided by a user-centered design approach, we champion the needs of the end user while ensuring alignment with business objectives within our Product Team. We are a hungry, curious, and brave team. While we value diverse opinions and collaboration, we ultimately rely on data as the ultimate decision-maker.

• Lead the end-to-end design process within the Product Team for our digital products (desktop, mobile web, and app), which includes ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
