Human Resources Intern (Hybrid - Brea, CA)

Job Description: The Human Resources Intern position is an exciting opportunity to learn about and work within the medical device/dental industry.  An ideal candidate would desire a future position in the Human Resources function or other positions in the medical device industry.  Skills learned during this internship will benefit an individual as they look to break into a meaningful corporate role upon graduating.  An ideal candidate possesses a strong bias for action, willing to do what takes to get the job done and seeks out areas to make an impact.  The position would start as full-time in the summer of 2023. The candidate may have the opportunity to continue as part time in the fall of 2023 through spring of 2024.  Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Work with US Human Resources team to brainstorm tactics, understand various training initiatives, and assist in moving projects from concept to execution.
• Assist in the design and creation of training and communications materials (e.g. business unit Sharepoint Site, employee tools, training videos, posters, PowerPoint presentations, engaging emails).
• Coordinate execution of training communication tactics going to leadership and employees.
• Assist with set-up, in-session support and break-down of training classes
