Through our comprehensive integration solutions, we provide a complete international checkout experience, covering local duties, taxes, fulfillment, delivery management, global returns, and payment processing. We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Service Operations team. You will assist the team in ensuring the smooth running of the refunds function across multiple retailers collaborating closely with multiple merchant service partners. Ideally you will have some experience with and knowledge of Payment Provider Systems and Customer Service ticketing systems. This is a 5 month fixed term contract role.

Responsibilities
  • Complete necessary steps in processing of manual refunds & payments queries received daily.
  • Work directly with internal & external partners to investigate and resolve queries relating to payments & refunds.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of professional communications with all partners.
  • Achieving response time, & resolution time to ensure that SLAs are consistently achieved.
