De rol van HR Manager omvat een breed scala aan activiteiten. Dit gaat van het vormgeven van het strategisch beleid tot het operationeel implementeren ervan en dit over verschillende topics heen. Concreet betekent dit:

• Je ontwikkelt en implementeert policies en procedures volgens de wettelijke bepalingen met het oog op een duurzaam en innovatief personeelsbeleid en past dit direct in de praktijk toe;
• Werving & Selectie neem je volledig op. Dit van het actief rekruteren tot het contractvoorstel met daaraan een verzorgde enthousiaste onboarding;
