Web Operations Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Web Operations Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Your tasks:

• Gather and analyse system requirements;
• Follow-up of Knowledge Management System evolution. E.g., follow-up of Confluence upgrades to a new version, or the migration to new VMs;
• Administration and configuration of Confluence as well as using out-of-the-box add-ons;
• Participate in the definition and documentation of operational procedures;
• Help defining and documenting the configuration of systems and infrastructure;
• Delivery of technical support to first and second level support teams. Requirements
• University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• At least 2 year of experience as Confluence administrator;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Frontend or Backend developer;
