Demo Coordinator

Evertz, a growing high-tech company and worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of professional equipment for television broadcast, film and HDTV production and postproduction, cable and telco industries.

• Prepare demo/loan agreements and demo purchase quotes as required by sales reps 
• Issue return merchandise authorization (RMA) numbers and follow up on customer returns 
• Follow up on the return/purchase of outstanding demo/loan equipment 
• Process and maintain demo/loan documents 
• Process additional administrative documents (excel, etc.) as required 
• Other duties as required  Qualifications:
• College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
• 0-1 year office administrative experience
