This is a hybrid role (2 days/week in office) from either our San Francisco, CA or New York, NY office. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation, the Compensation Manager will be responsible for executing and managing Fastly’s compensation programs. This includes performing market research to ensure that Fastly’s compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards, managing salary structures and incentive plans, adherence to legal requirements, and supporting our internal leaders and business partners globally.
