Fastly Business Systems team is looking for a Director of Business Systems Analysis team. This role will support the Go-to-Market organizations of Sales, Marketing and Client Services. The Director, Business Systems Analysis integrates strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration to execute on the Go-to-Market strategy. With expertise in the Salesforce platform and familiarity with related systems such as Zendesk, Outreach, Marketo, and Gainsight, the Director, Business Systems Analysis will serve as the cornerstone for transforming our sales and marketing strategies through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with SMEs, senior leaders and business users/stakeholders to understand the Go-to-Market organizations goals and ensure that project outcomes effectively meet strategic objectives.
