UX Lead

Fleet Complete is looking for a smart, passionate UX designer(with 5+ years of experience) like you who enjoys taking abstract ideas and turning them into world-class user experiences using your knowledge and expertise. You are able to coordinate both internally your team of talented UX designers and externally with the Engineering and Product groups to deliver successful, efficient, customer-validated concepts under tight deadlines. You are also analytical and understand the best way to ensure consistency requires company-wide standards and well-thought-out design systems (which you have built before). You enjoy mentoring junior designers, leading by example, and are ever-so-slightly obsessed with pixel-perfection even though you know perfection is a moving target.
