Full-Stack (Laravel, Vue.js) developer (m/f/d) - Conversion Rate Optimization team

We're looking for a motivated and driven Software Engineer to join our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Team. The vision of the Team is to provide an easy, engaging and enjoyable experience for all our customers so they love our product. To improve our customer journey and overall revenue, we create an easy to use environment for conducting A/B Tests with our fellow product teams.  Team Conversion Rate Optimization is responsible for

• A/B Testing: We run experiments on our customer-facing products: websites and apps. We collect data, analyze it and collaborate closely with all teams on new ideas and iterations based on the data we gather.  
• Building our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) suite: We strongly believe in automation and scalability. We are aiming to build the best-in-class CRO SaaS solution that perfectly fits the Flix infrastructure. The suite enables us to run a high number of parallel tests by injecting code into our frontends and analyzing the resulting data. 
• Tracking: We make sure all user behavior in the booking funnel is tracked. Our source of truth when it comes to data is Snowplow, which is maintained by our data processing team. Further, we are responsible for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
