Partner Manager

We're looking for a motivated and driven Partner Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

• You will take care of existing partners and be responsible for both commercial and operational topics;
• You will be a credible advisor and work towards building long-lasting partnerships with Bus Partners, terminals, and other external parties;
• You own and use your analytical skills to find your way through complex datasets and recognize opportunities to grow and optimize the business relationship;
• You will be responsible of P&L results of assigned partner;
• You work on upholding a high degree of operational quality with the Flixbus Bus Partners; especially regarding fleet, drivers and punctuality;
• You support the relationship management with bus stations and infrastructure providers;
• You are also responsible for monitoring and improving all aspects regarding quality and safety;
• You will prepare forecasts and reports for internal stakeholders and the management;
• You coordinate projects, making sure the interactions between different departments are fluid and results are delivered in a timely manner;
