About the role
Hello,
Flockler is a self-service marketing platform helping brands to gather, analyze, and display social media feeds on any digital service. We've got 650+ customers in more than 20 countries, including the likes of GoPro, Metallica, and Silicon Valley Bank.
We are looking for a part-time Customer Success Manager based in the United States. Your role is to gradually take over our customer success/support for the US market, especially afternoons of the West Coast, which we struggle to cover with our team based in Europe.
The Customer Success Manager at Flockler helps new free trial customers get started with the platform and makes sure our existing clients maximize their subscription value.
