Working Student IT Support

Hey there!👋 At Fourthline, our mission is to fight financial crime. We help protect the global financial system by verifying millions of identities for banks, neobanks, online brokers, crypto exchanges, or insurers like N26, Vivid, Trade Republic, flatexDEGIRO, Wish, Solarisbank, and more. Having started our journey in January 2018 only, we're incredibly proud to count around 250 employees between our Amsterdam and Barcelona offices with over 50 nationalities. Your mission   The IT Support team provides support to over 250 Fourthliners and ensures that everyone can work at full speed anywhere, anytime! Your mission is to provide the company with the best IT Support imaginable! You bring high quality, high standards and a great pace on execution! Along with our Platform- and Security Engineers you will be responsible for troubleshooting as well as technical documentation update and inventory check.  We see some important responsibilities:

• As we have our teams in both Barcelona and Amsterdam. This means that part of your team is based in Barcelona as well as people you support. You will align with them on priorities on a regular basis. 
• You will analyze, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues (hardware, software, and related IT services) for example by using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
