As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will spearhead the performance marketing strategy for the group, encompassing but not limited to paid search, affiliate marketing and social media with overall responsibility for building and managing a customer acquisition strategy. You will lead a talented team of marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel business growth, enhance brand visibility, and drive profitable sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering marketing results and efficiently managing substantial budgets.
