Senior Buyer (German speaker)

Location: Berlin or remote We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Buyer (f/m/d). This role is focused on implementing procurement processes to identify addressable spend to deliver both savings and strong relationships with new and existing vendors.  It is a highly visible role with a significant focus on business partnering and execution. The role holder will own strategic categories/business units to drive improvements in products and services for the best prices and terms.

• • ## *YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
• Together with internal stakeholders you will define the purchasing roadmap of your spend categories, supporting both ad-hoc spend >25K as well as significant contracts with key vendors 0.5 - 5M 
• You will work alongside other Procurement Specialists covering a diverse range of categories that will include:
  • Marketing (specifically Digital & Offline Media)
  • Tech (SaaS, Infrastructure, Hardware & Licensing)
  • Professional Services & Human Resources
  • Real Estate (Property, Facilities & Services)
• You will negotiate beyond the basic negotiation practices to deliver maximum value for FREENOW, also in very difficult negotiation positions
• You will analyse the current and future spending as well as the current purchasing procedures
