Your missionAs an Office Manager at The Outsiders, you will have a key role in shaping the work environment for everyone in the studio. You will work closely with the Studio Operations Director to ensure the vision of being the best workplace in the world comes to life!The ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, and bring top-notch service to your colleagues and external guests is crucial in this role. We are a small team with an indie vibe - with the stability of being a part of a larger organization. We move quickly and take pride in creating unique and innovative gaming experiences and we want this to be noticeable in our studio environment as well.In your role, you will mostly fly solo to execute in accordance with management plan and vision. It is therefore important that you are attentive and responsive with a “can do”-attitude whilst being structured and organized. This role is built around the important topics of service, planning, executing, and administering where no task is too small or without a purpose.
