Role We are excited to announce an opening for a data science internship within one of our Discovery teams! This internship project will evolve around in-depth analysis of single-cell RNA sequencing data sets to guide new antibody product discovery. The analysis of millions of individual cells across hundreds of patients has advanced our understanding of complex and heterogeneous diseases such as chronic inflammatory disease. In recent years, novel single-cell sequencing assays have been developed that enable full-length transcript sequencing, and novel analysis methods are developed for the integrated analysis of large data sets. This allows for better identification of specific cell (sub)types and for assessment of gene expression in patients.
