The Role & Department As the Manager, IT Infrastructure, you will play a dual role, overseeing the infrastructure operations while actively contributing as an lead engineer. You will lead a team of four employees spread across globally, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our infrastructure services. This role requires a blend of strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in infrastructure management.  Key Responsibilities Include

1. Leadership and Team Management: 
   • Lead and manage a team of four infrastructure professionals located in the Netherlands, Denmark, USA, and Japan
   • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
   • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide opportunities for professional development
