As our Head of People you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization. Working closely with the Co-founder & CEO and leadership team, you will help us implement a people strategy that delivers engagement, performance and retention goals. You will manage and give guidance in initiatives and processes in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Learning & Development. As we continue to grow, you will play an instrumental role in scaling the organization by hiring new talents, developing existing grape employees and building the people team.  Have you built a people team before and are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done?
