Your main responsibilities:

Analyze our historical data to help predict the future outcome of trading systems.
Identify challenges in the system and determine which data sets will help to prove one or more solution efficiency.
Provide the trading and development teams with solutions to improve trading system performance and efficiency. ### What we expect:
Exceptional analytical skills, experience with processing large data sets, ability to do statistical analysis and computing.
Proven track record of data-based decision making.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Good command of SQL.
Machine Learning and programming skills.
Taking ownership of your projects and the ability to make things happen.
Prior success in Kaggle competitions is a plus.
Experience in the crypto or financial markets industry is advantageous. ### Our promise to you:
