• Participate in Talent Acquisition for different positions
• Craft and put into action HR policies and procedures that aren't just a rulebook but a guide to fostering an amazing workplace
• Maintain and improve Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring every journey in and out is as smooth as silk
• Collaborate with the HR team to organize and support initiatives related to employee well-being and wellness, company culture, employee engagement, internal communication, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
• Possibility to engage in other projects, initiatives and topics WHAT WE EXPECT
• Knowledge and/or experience with different HR functions
• Experience in recruitment for IT positions
• Adaptability, being able to thrive in a changing environment
