Senior People Business Partner

Guidewire is looking for a Senior, People Business Partner to join our People (aka HR) team. This role will partner directly with our Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Product Officer on our executive team as a trusted advisor, business consultant, coach, and change agent. This position will also drive and influence cross functional initiatives across the People function that serve the ongoing development of our talent and culture at Guidewire. At Guidewire, we look for people who are curious, inventive, and work to be a little better every single day. • Understand and translate business goals into holistic, integrated, measurable talent strategies, to be executed across the global enterprise. Architect talent strategies that are focused on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent and overall business performance.
• Use data-driven diagnostic tools and processes to develop solutions that continuously improve org effectiveness. Assess and plan for the skills and capabilities necessary for Guidewire’s long term success; address gaps and emerging skills needs through practical action.
