Compliance Coordinator/Junior Recruiter - Hybrid

HealthHero is Europe’s leading digital telehealth platform, bringing together human expertise and digital convenience to provide remote access for NHS patients, insurance policy holders and employees to expert clinicians. We are looking for a very proactive new team member to work, part time or full time, on a hybrid basis remotely as part of our friendly and professional Resourcing Team. You will be supporting the recruitment and onboarding our new GPs and other clinical staff. The role may suit an aspirational compliance administrator who is keen to gain more exposure to a recruiting function. You:

• Will be involved in recruiting candidates from sourcing to interviewing and dealing with all onboarding compliance.
• You will be a first point of contact for onboarding clinicians and responsible for making sure they receive an excellent candidate experience.
• You will assist in guiding them through the recruitment process using our digital compliance platform.
• You will be diligent in ensuring all the correct checks are in place (e.g. DBS check, insurance, safeguarding certificates and arrangement of IT equipment etc) to proceed to induction. This is a key aspect of the role and a lot of your time will be spent on candidate compliance.
