Can you oversee and manage the relationship between carrier and logistics provider? The Role - Key responsibilities · Responsible for overseeing and managing the relationships with carriers and logistics providers. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers. · Collaborate with internal teams to forecast transportation needs and plan for carrier capacity. · Document features and benefits of services. · Prepare cost benefit analysis. · Stay up to date with all transport regulations, safety standard and compliance. · Ensure Huboo adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and shipping guidelines. · Establish KPI and be able to analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. · Identify cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities. · Address transportation issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
