We look for colleagues who Care, Dare and Deliver. Job Summary Under direction of the Hammond Production Manager, the Production Supervisor provides support for the Production Department. This role directs, develops, and manages Production shift activities, Lean manufacturing teams, and small projects within the scope of company policies, procedures, and guidelines in several areas. These areas include, but are not limited to: Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Continuous Improvement (CI), Quality, Manufacturing, and Housekeeping. Essential Functions

• Supervise hourly Production shift employees and Continuous Improvement (CI) teams.
• Champion and participate in company Safety, GMP, and CI efforts.
• Direct daily activities of Production included, but not limited to, safety, quality, throughput, and maintenance.
