A combination of leadership and specialization In this role you will juggle your leadership capabilities and people skills, while working in-depth with specialized property underwriting. It’s a role that gives you both leadership challenges, the pleasure to work with specialized colleagues and having a bit of hands on underwriting yourself. About the role You will lead the team of Danish underwriters and owning the portfolio of property insurance in If Industrial. As part of the daily life you will lead your team, the technical underwriting and the relations around Property Denmark. The leadership includes keeping the flag high for the team, motivating and developing team members and securing an operational efficiency in the daily life.  It also includes being a key part of the Nordic Property management group and the Danish Country management group. The technical work varies from underwriting of customers to portfolio decisions, insurance wordings, pricing decisions and underwriting guidelines. We work within a highly specialized area and part of that requires encouraging your team members specialization and technical development, even if they are already more specialized than you.
