You will be responsible for

Building out and managing relationships with partners in Latvia
Growing profitable partnerships through cooperation and business development
Searching for new potential partners
Managing, developing, and promoting sales through partnerships
Analyzing market information
Promoting and supporting implementation of country and Baltic level activities and developments ## What do we expect from you?
Strong background and working experience in building partnerships, develop co-operations in finance/insurance/telecom/automotive retail sector
Strong knowledge of economics and market
Great collaboration and negotiation skills, orientation toward results
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others
Active and courageous personality, positive mindset
Excellent Latvian and English language skills ## Our promise to you ### For stability
Monthly salary: From €2400 to €2900 gross depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there is an annual bonus.
