ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a part-time (20-25 hours a week) System & Administration Consultant to join our dynamic team in Aarhus. As a key member of the People & Culture department, the System & Administration Consultant plays a vital role in shaping the organizational landscape through efficient HR system management and streamlined processes. Leveraging your extensive expertise, you will oversee the administration of HRIS platforms, ensuring impeccable data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with HR business partners and compensation specialists, you'll contribute to the development and execution of annual HR processes, such as salary reviews and performance appraisals, by configuring system workflows and templates within the HRIS. Moreover, your proactive approach to problem-solving will be instrumental in resolving discrepancies promptly and maintaining data accuracy. • Manage and administer HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of annual HR processes, such as salary reviews and performance appraisals, by configuring system workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and compensation specialists to gather relevant data and insights for salary conversations and bonus allocations.
